Dress code at work
Choosing the right outfit to show up to work is important to the FIBER GROUP company. Employees are responsible for ensuring that their attire projects a positive image to our customers, potential customers, the public, and colleagues. We expect employees to use common sense and follow the following procedures to determine appropriate attire.
Clothing guidelines provide a professional appearance for our customers. All workdays are considered business casual. In accordance with the business casual dress code, a positive image of FIBER GROUP must be projected.
The company may change the dress code on special occasions. For example, we may ask employees to wear formal clothes to an event. On these occasions, male and female employees must wear suits, ties, white shirts and appropriate shoes.
Job positions that require formal business attire will be communicated to employees in advance. If employees frequently meet with existing or potential customers, they should follow the company dress code.
Below are some basic rules when performing the assigned task.
Business Casual
Business casual is defined Western dress code that is generally considered casual wear but with smart (in the sense of "well dressed") components of a proper lounge suit from traditional informal wear, adopted for white-collar workplaces. This interpretation typically including dress shirt, necktie, and trousers, but worn with an odd-colored blazer or a sports coat instead.
Pants and suits
-
All pants made of dock, cotton, and synthetic compounds are suitable for use during working hours and in the workplace, while those made of jeans, elastic material, shorts, or three-quarter lengths are unacceptable, as are gym and exercise pants (the only exception may be jeans, which in many companies can only be worn on Fridays).
-
Skirts, dresses and suits with skirts. Casual dresses and skirts below the knee are suitable. The length of skirts should be such that they allow comfortable sitting and standing in public.
-
Shirts, blouses and jackets. Casual shirts, sweaters, t-shirts, and turtlenecks are very appropriate workwear, and most tracksuits or sports jackets are acceptable as long as they do not violate the above guidelines.
Unacceptable clothing
Unacceptable clothing includes, but is not limited to, T-shirts; jeans; short tracksuits, shorts or sweatpants, short jeans, swimming costumes, tank tops, skirts that are too short; clothing that is too tight, too small, see-through or revealing, revealing or provocative clothing; or any clothing that promotes products and/or services of companies other than ours; and sneakers, flip-flops, beach shoes or flip-flops.
Shoes
Shoes. Normal sneakers, ballet flats, or various heels are acceptable, while flats or flared shoes, as well as extravagant, single-toed sandals are not allowed. Shoes must be clean and in good condition.
-
Accessories, make-up and perfumery. They should be easy, but be careful because some employees are allergic to chemicals in perfumes and makeup.
-
Hats. Hats or headgear, including headphones, radios, cell phones, or other entertainment devices, are not allowed while on duty, except when required for safety reasons or as part of the work uniform.

Disciplinary Measures
